You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • ✅ In its original condition (unused and unworn)
  • ✅ In the original packaging
  • ✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that cannot be returned:

  • ❌ Products opened or used for hygienic reasons (unless defective)
  • ❌ Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • ❌ Products returned after 30 days from delivery

How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Provide the following information

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Step 3: Receive return authorization

  • We'll email you return instructions within 24-48 hours
  • Include the return authorization number with your package

Step 4: Ship your return

  • Package item securely in original packaging
  • Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend keeping your tracking number)
  • Ship to the address provided in your return authorization

Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns (Change of Mind):

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable service

Defective or Wrong Item:

  • We cover all return shipping costs
  • We'll provide a prepaid shipping label

Refund Process

Timeline:

  • Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item within 2-3 business days
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method

Refund Amount:

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for:

  • Replacement for defective item

Exchange Process:

  • Indicate in your email that you'd like an exchange
  • We'll ship your replacement once we receive the original item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery)
  2. Provide photos showing the damage or defect
  3. Choose your solution:
    • Full refund (including all shipping costs)
    • Free replacement shipped immediately

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:

  3. Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)
