Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Items that cannot be returned:
- ❌ Products opened or used for hygienic reasons (unless defective)
- ❌ Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Provide the following information
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
Step 3: Receive return authorization
- We'll email you return instructions within 24-48 hours
- Include the return authorization number with your package
Step 4: Ship your return
- Package item securely in original packaging
- Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend keeping your tracking number)
- Ship to the address provided in your return authorization
Return Shipping Costs
Standard Returns (Change of Mind):
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable service
Defective or Wrong Item:
- We cover all return shipping costs
- We'll provide a prepaid shipping label
Refund Process

Refund Amount:

Exchanges
